We believe deeply in buying local, giving back to worthy organizations in our area, and lifting up work that promotes systemic change in our farm and food systems. At the same time, we’re greatly appreciative of 2023’s donations which helped provide additional tools and supplies for the garden operation. 2023 was good, but with your help, 2024 will be GREAT!
The 2024 Wish List to support our produce operation includes:
- An additional county water meter ($1,000) and irrigation to support the garden’s expansion ($1,700 for equipment and labor)
- A 43-sq-ft commercial cooler/refrigerator to keep produce fresh prior to transporting ($2,400)
- Brush hog for land maintenance, new ($1,800) or gently used
- General funding for utilities, seeds, and soil
